Mr. Dulaney established Dulaney Miller LLC in 2021. Before that he had been a member of Jensen Dulaney LLC (formerly Howard Jensen & Dulaney) since 2010. Mr. Dulaney was also a litigation associate in the Colorado Springs and Denver offices of Dewhirst & Dolven, LLC from 2007 to 2010. He began his private practice career in 2004 as a litigation associate for Hedrick Gardner in North Carolina. Mr. Dulaney also served as law clerk for the Honorable Judge Ronald J. Freeman in Camden, New Jersey prior to entering private practice.

Mr. Dulaney received his bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College with the major in psychology. While attending Swarthmore, Mr. Dulaney also played goalkeeper on the soccer team and studied Chinese philosophy and medicine in Shanghai, China.

Community Involvement

Mr. Dulaney formerly served as a director on the board of directors for the Colorado Springs Osteopathic Foundation (CSOF) and the board of directors for The Greenberg Center for Learning and Tolerance. Mr. Dulaney is a former member of the Colorado Springs Executives Association. Mr. Dulaney’s legal associations include: the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the El Paso County Bar Association, CLM, and DRI – The Voice of the Defense Bar.
